How did the polycystic ovaries grow facial hair?

Harnaam facial hair is caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). The syndrome is a common condition that affects the reproductive organs. And it is one of the main causes of infertility in women.

One of the main characteristics of the disease is having an excess of androgens, which are high levels of male hormones in the body.
